4. Refund Policy

Citizenship Pathways LLC aims to deliver high-quality, thorough service to every client. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

 

4.1 Eligibility + Strategy Review ($300)

Due to the research and time investment required to deliver your eligibility review, this service is non-refundable once the review has been delivered. If you request a cancellation before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

 

4.2 Document Research + Collection Plan ($1,200)

If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before any work has been initiated, you are eligible for a full refund. Once document research has commenced, a partial refund may be issued reflecting the proportion of work not yet completed, at our discretion. No refund will be issued once the Document Research + Collection Plan has been fully delivered.

 

4.3 Full Application Prep + Submission Support ($2,800)

This is a multi-stage service. Refunds are handled as follows:

• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund within 5 business days.

• Cancellation after Eligibility Review is delivered but before Document Research begins: Refund of $1,600 (reflecting the $1,200 Document Research phase and $2,800 Full Package fee, minus the $300 Eligibility Review component and a $300 administrative fee).

• Cancellation after Document Research is delivered: Refund of $300 (reflecting only the unused Submission Support component, at our discretion).

• Cancellation after Submission Support has commenced: No refund.

 

4.4 Outcomes

Refunds are not issued on the basis of a citizenship application being denied, delayed, or not yet decided. Our services cover preparation and guidance only, and the outcome of any application is determined by foreign government authorities beyond our control.

 

4.5 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at the email address below with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
